Sony Power Adapter
Bought: $10.27 Sold: $24.99 Fees: $2.60 Profit: $12.12
I picked up a Sony boom box that came with this power adapter. The boombox was badly damaged, and wasn't going to be an easy or cheap fix. Thankfully the power adapter was worth selling on its own and covered my investment.

Boy Scouts Catch The Scouting Spirit Lapel Pin
Sold: $4.99 Fees: $0.83 Profit: $4.16
This is an odd button. It is from the Boy Scouts Canadian Jamboree in 1985. It depicts a boy scout on a laptop screen, which might make sense in the early 90's but is quite out of place on a button from 1985. Laptops existed in the early 80's, but they were hardly prevalent. So either this was a reference to a laptop, which would have been very obscure in 1985 (and seemingly unrelated to Scouting), or it is meant to be something else, but for the life of me I cannot figure out what it might be.
Coca-Cola Glass Paperweight
Sold: $19.99 Fees: $3.33 Profit: $16.66
This was in one of the lots of an auction I purchased in November - the last auction I've had a chance to buy stuff at due to Covid - and I'm not sure which lot it was in. I'm not even sure what it is. It is made of glass, and has the Coca-Cola logo on one side, and on the reverse it is reflective and acts like a mirror. I assume it is a paperweight, which is how I sold it, but I really don't know.
Daniel Alfredsson #11 Ottawa Senators Retirement Night Banner
Bought: $3.38 Sold: $39.99 Fees: $4.30 Profit: $32.31
Bought: $4.51 Sold: $39.99 Fees: $4.17 Profit: $31.31
Chris's 10% Commission: $6.36
Chris found two of these at VV (although they were not priced the same oddly), and they both sold the same day to two different buyers. This was a promotional banner given to all fans who attended Alfredsson's last game playing for the Ottawa Senators.
Swatch Little Snowwhite Watch
Bought: $11.29 Sold: $14.99 Fees: $3.28 Profit: $0.42
This is a Swatch that I've had listed for some time. It finally sold for $30, which was not a huge profit but at least it was a sale. When I went to back it, I realized that the plastic wristband had become brittle and it had cracked on both sides of the watch. I messaged the buyer apologizing and offered a 50% refund or I could cancel the order. They were content to have the 50% refund. So I still made a sale, and I made back my investment, so at least it's not a loss.

Dungeons & Dragons Dungeon Tiles
Bought: $0.00 Sold: $99.99 Fees: $11.75 Profit: $88.24
Chris's 10% Commission: $8.82
Chris found a large bag of a bunch of these D&D dungeon tiles sets at VV. I split them into two lots, and the first lot sold a while ago and paid for the whole investment, so this one was pure profit.
Saitek Kasparov Pocket Plus Handheld Electronic Chess Computer
Bought: $1.57 Sold: $44.99 Fees: $5.97 Profit: $37.45
I found this at VV in Kingston and it was so cheap I couldn't not buy it. Electronic chess games often do well, and Kasparov is a very good brand. I wasn't able to find any comps for this model, but I just listed it at a price I would be happy with. Such a good ROI on this.
The Uncanny X-Men #193
Sold: $9.99 Fees: $1.65 Profit: $8.34
This comic features the first appearance of Firestar, and it was announced on Friday that she will be making an appearance in the Marvel movies so this sold within hours of the announcement.
Current profit off the wedding comic auction: $6,207.90
Radio Shack Zip Zaps Mirco RC Cars
Bought: $38.39 Sold: $99.99 Fees: $11.75 Profit: $49.85
Chris's 10% Commission: $4.99
These are very small RC cars that you can assembled and change the parts on.
Two Board Games
Bought: $7.50 Sold: $25.00 Fees: $3.30 Profit: $14.20
Bought: $4.51 Sold: $21.00 Fees: $2.89 Profit: $13.60
Sold these two games to the same buyer. Marine 2002 was part of a large lot of board games that I bought locally back in 2016! The Crib Wars is an advanced version of cribbage, which I've had for a few years now. I'm very glad to see both of these sell.
2 Vintage Japan Made Elf Dolls

These two dolls were part of a lot of vintage toys I picked up at auction last year.

Games Board
Sold: $50.00 Fees: $0.00 Profit: $50.00
This was part of a lot of toys I picked up at an auction just down the street from my in-laws last year. I sold it locally on Kijiji, so there were no fees. This was a nice sale.

Lot of 30 Thomas & Friends Trains
Sold: $99.99 Fees: $12.24 Profit: $87.75
Chris's 10% Commission: $8.78
This was a large lot of Thomas & Friends trains that I put together from the many sets Chris picked up over the years. These ones were all ones that worked, but were not valuable enough to sell on their own.
