Nickelodeon CatDog 24" Diamond Kite

This was an interesting item. It is a kite from the Nickelodeon show CatDog. This show was very popular in the 90's, and this was just too obscure of an item to leave behind. I couldn't find anything about it online, so I listed it high at $50 and turned on offers and waited for someone who wanted it. It took over 2 years, but I finally got an offer I could live with.

In early March, just weeks before the shutdown, Robin had to go to Peterborough for work, so I went with her. Chris had suggested that I go to this toy store as they are well stocked and being in a small town they often have out of print items that haven't sold. I looked through the board games and found two expansions to Timeline. This game is very popular, but the expansions go out of print and they stopped selling them in these metal tins - they have gone to traditional cardboard boxes. So I paid retail for these two, but they are out of print and worth much more on eBay. It took 6 months for this first one to sell, but that's a pretty good ROI. And it is small and easy to list and store.
