I picked up a Playmobil castle at BFM for just under $10. It was partly built, and had a bag filled with parts to it. I took a risk, because if the castle is complete it can fetch over $100. It wasn't quite complete, was about 85%. The main problem was that the base plate was quite large, and together it weighed over 8 pounds - so shipping to the states was ridiculous. I got a message from a buyer asking if I could take out the base plate - he wants to expand the castle he already has - and would that reduce shipping. So I repackaged it, and it cut the shipping in half. I was originally asking $50, but was just glad to see it go so took an offer of $30. I took a risk, and it could have paid off significantly, but it didn't. That being said, I didn't lose money, so it's a win all around.
