This is an issue from the 2nd volume of the Cadillacs and Dinosaurs comics. This comic was briefly popular in the 1990's and even lead to an animated show, which is now a cult classic to some. This 2nd volume published by Topps comics, has never been collected in any form, so the only way to read them is to buy the actual comics, which explains why this rather obscure 90's comic is worth $5. I wish the lot had more than just this single issue.
