This is a variant comic given out for free at the Ottawa Comiccon in 2015. I found it at VV and comics there are just 99 cents. I've had it listed on eBay for over 2 years at a price of $100. The cover was only used for the comiccon, so it's a limited variant and it's actually a pretty nice cover, so I knew if I waited I'd get a good price. I got an offer of $70 today, and I took it. Hard to pass up $70 for a comic that I paid a dollar for.
