Grandfather's Estate: Logic Puzzle
Sold: $19.99 Fees: $3.73 Profit: $16.26
My 50% Commission: $8.13
Found this behind my grandfather's bar in his basement. I never knew him to be one to solve logic puzzles, so I wonder if he was given this as a gift. Either way, it made me a few bucks.

2 Boris Vallejo Art Books
Sold: $21.00 Fees: $5.96 Profit: $15.04
Chris's 70% Commission: $7.52
These were part of the contents of the storage locker Chris and I bought a number of years ago that was filled with comics, posters and statues.
Calico Critters Toy Furniture
Bought: $22.58 Sold: $34.99 Fees: $5.88 Profit: $6.53
Chris's 10% Commission: $0.65
Chris picked up two bags of doll house furniture for $10 each at VV. Sadly most of it was no name and not well made, and not worth reselling. I was able to piece together a number of pieces from the Calico Critters set, although I had no complete sets, so I just lot-ed them up together. I didn't make much profit, but I at least recouped my investment.
Stewart Moskowitz Art Print
Bought: $14.23 Sold: $40.00 Fees: $8.95 Profit: $16.82
Chris's 10% Commission: $1.68
This is a nice art print by an American artist. I don't tend to deal with art as I don't know much about it, but this one was pretty unique. Not a huge profit, but I'm happy I was able to sell something different and new to me.

Holy Bible KJV Giant Print Reference Edition
Bought: $5.64 Sold: $29.99 Fees: $6.14 Profit: $18.21
Some bibles can sell well, although there is an abundance of them for sale. I picked this one up in 2017, and it took over 3 years to sell, so not something I'd pick up again unless particularly special.

Sony TCS-450 Walkman
Bought: $43.99 Sold: $49.99 Fees: $6.00 Profit: $0.00
Last week Chris found 15 Sony Walkmans and Discmans at VV. It cost just over $50 for all of them, and with this first sale it almost recouped the entire investment. This Walkman is an early model, but it wasn't working - likely just needs a new band. I'll gladly take $50 for a broken Walkman though. This sold within 24 hours of being listed, so I may have been able to get a bit more for it, but I'm just happy to have recouped most of my investment so quickly.
Heroscape Swarm of the Marro
Sold: $79.99 Fees: $11.95 Profit: $68.04
Chris's 10% Commission: $6.80
This set was inside another Heroscape set Chris picked up, so this set was free, and a pretty valuable one at that.

Ouija The Mystifying Card Game
Bought: $3.38 Sold: $39.99 Fees: $7.08 Profit: $29.53
Chris's 10% Commission: $2.95
This is a card game based on Ouija, and published by Canada Games only in Canada. It looks like a really terrible game, but some people like Ouija so I figured it would sell eventually. It's off to Texas.
Chris Phillips #4 Ottawa Senators Retirement Night Banner
Bought: $2.25 Sold: $39.99 Fees: $6.44 Profit: $31.30
Chris's 10% Commission: $3.13
A week after I sold the two Alfredsson banners, Chris found this Phillips one at VV. Only took a few weeks for this one to sell, not surprisingly to someone in Ottawa.
Werewolf The Apocalypse RPG
Sold: $24.99 Fees: $4.82 Profit: $20.17
This was part of a lot of RPG books I purchased at auction late last year - actually the last auction I purchased from as I haven't been able to purchase anything at auction so far in 2020.

Sanyo Stereo System
Sold: $40.00 Fees: $0.00 Profit: $40.00
This was in one of the storage lockers I purchased last year. So glad to get this sold and out of storage.
Playmobil 3834 Genie on Flying Carpet & 3674 Knights Prison Cart
Sold: $24.99 Fees: $3.90 Profit: $21.09
These two sets were included in a larger set that I bought at a garage sale. Neither of these sets were selling on their own, so sold them together - despite having nothing to do with each other.

Patagonia Hemp Cotton Blend Plaid Short Sleeve Shirt
Sold: $24.99 Fees: $3.83 Profit: $21.16
This was an old shirt of my dad's that he was getting rid of. It was Patagonia, which always sells well. I probably should have ironed or steamed this before taking photos, but I couldn't be bothered. It still sold!
Stella Artois Picnic Basket
Bought: $14.68 Sold: $50.00 Fees: $0.00 Profit: $35.32
Chris's 10% Commission: $3.53
Chris picked this up in 2018, but I didn't get around to listing this until this past weekend. I listed on FB Marketplace on Sunday, and I had a lot of messages over the last two days, but it took a long time to get someone who was actually interested in coming to pick it up. This was a nice flip once I actually got around to posting it.

Lot of Drawing Stencils & Templates
Bought: $14.68 Sold: $19.99 Fees: $3.33 Profit: $1.98
Chris's 10% Commission: $0.20
Chris picked up a sketching board the other day at VV and inside the box were all these generic templates. I almost threw these out but decided to try and list them. They were all used and in rough shape, and not all the same company, so I just decided to list them as a lot and try and recoup the cost of the board. These sold within a few hours of being listed, so I probably could have asked for a bit more, but I'm happy with this fast sale, and it leaves the board to be pure profit when it sells.

3 Criterion Essential Art House DVDs
Sold: $74.98 Fees: $9.03 Profit: $65.95
Last year I bought a lot of DVDs and books at an auction, which I bought primarily for these three DVDs. They finally sold, all to the same buyer, and they brought a very nice ROI.
Swatch Wrist Watch
Bought: $4.51 Sold: $49.99 Fees: $6.43 Profit: $39.05
Another one of the Swatches I finally got around to posting a few weeks ago sold. This one is off to the UK.
Dinosaurs Board Game
Sold: $19.99 Fees: $3.77 Profit: $16.22
This was part of a lot of board games I purchased at auction last year. This would not be worth picking up on its own.
Fisher Price Little People Children's Hospital
Bought: $3.79 Sold: $24.99 Fees: $4.63 Profit: $16.57
At the Glebe Garage Sale two years ago I purchased a large bin of Fisher Price toys, and this was one of them. This was rather large, so I'm glad to see it finally leave my storage.
Lot of 120 Heroclix Figures
Sold: $49.99 Fees: $6.59 Profit: $43.40
These were part of a lot of toys I bought at auction last year. These aren't worth a whole lot on their own, but if you have enough of them you can make some money.

Wrebbit Puzz3D Puzzle Taipei 101 Tower
Bought: $7.90 Sold: $199.99 Fees: $22.16 Profit: $169.93
Chris's 10% Commission: $16.99
Chris picked this up at VV last week. Sealed puzzles are the only ones that I'm willing to buy. I couldn't believe the comps on this. I have no idea why this puzzle is worth so much, aside from being out of print. It sold in less than 24 hours for my full asking price. This was a fantastic sale.

Marx toy Tin Litho Doll house
Sold: $149.99 Fees: $18.46 Profit: $131.53
I got this dollhouse at an auction just down the road from my in-laws. I am so glad that this finally sold. It has been taking up a lot of space in storage for over a year now. I got a great price for it, and I'm happy with the ROI.
