Chris picked this up in 2018, but I didn't get around to listing this until this past weekend. I listed on FB Marketplace on Sunday, and I had a lot of messages over the last two days, but it took a long time to get someone who was actually interested in coming to pick it up. This was a nice flip once I actually got around to posting it.
