This was one of the D&D books I picked up in the large lot at VV. I had it up asking $15 with no OBO, but a guy emailed asking if I'd take less and since I knew I would break even on the whole lot with this sale and considering I have another 10 books from this lot still to sell (which will be pure profit) I agreed.
