I picked this up at an auction a few years ago, but only got around to listing it last month. It is a toy car for a series of dolls based on an animated TV show from the 80's called Jem & The Holograms. This car has a working radio in the trunk. Thankfully the buyer is in Toronto so it isn't going far, because this is a very large toy car.
