This is actually two copies of the same copy. One is the Direct Edition and one is the Newsstand edition. Most comics don't have a different version of each, but some, like this one, do. The direct edition is what would be sent to people who subscribe to the comic and have it sent to their house, or who buy it from a comic shop. It is the more common edition and how most people buy comics. A newsstand edition would be send and sold at places that did not normally carry comics, such as a newsstand or a convenience store. This comic was based on an animated movie, and as such might have held appeal to people outside of those who normally buy comics hence the existence of a newsstand version. That being said, someone local bought both copies and is going to pick them up to save on shipping.
