This is a tool to make 20 2cm holes. I saw it hanging on the shelf and figured it was odd enough that someone may want it. With spring around the corner, I guess someone is getting ready. It may just be the criminal lawyer in me, but I can't help thinking that this would be very useful for someone wanting to start their own grow-op of a currently illegal substance.
