I got this in a random hanging baggie along with a bunch of pins. VV always has bags of medals - usually children's soccer and baseball participation medals - which are normally worthless and I just throw them out. This one, however, was pretty unique and had no date or name on it. There were no other HOTO medals, but I knew the HOTO event is a big deal and it's a nice looking medal so figured someone would buy it. Sure enough, it sold after only a month of being listed.
