Chris picked this up at VV, and it is a "game" from the 60's that marked itself as a "plastic computer game" in that you play the game against the piece of plastic which plays for itself. Essentially the goal of the game is to take the last marble, and when your turn is down the toy plays its turn and decided how many marbles to take. It is essentially a math problem made into a game - and one where the game always wins. If you play by the rules, it is impossible to beat Dr. Nim. Now who doesn't think that is fun? That being said, it's a rather rare game, and so it sold well and in less than 24 hours. It actually sold to a criminal defence lawyer in California, so from one defence lawyer to another, how fitting.
